When a full Bible book or a large section of that book is memorized with music it's sometimes hard to keep the songs in order in your head. With this in mind I've created some mnemonic aids which I use to both to keep the songs in sequence and to retrieve them all. I call them "peg pictures" which drive in memory pegs. They have been very useful to me, since they allow me to retrieve the verses in an orderly context and not just pull them out of a disordered pile of verses. I can pull up a whole book from memory using these methods. And I’ve deliberately made the pictures fun and memorable. So for those of you who are more ambitious, and want to memorize and retrieve a whole book in order, I offer these for your use.
